Machinery Occupational Safety and Integrated Risk Control (MOSIRC) was found in December 2006 as an Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (SHE) and Integrated Risk Control (IRC) and management service provider.

The founder of MOSIRC is Vhafunani Tshishonga. He is still an active consultant of more than 500 companies audit experience across a wide range of industries. His audit experience was based the NOSA Integrated Five Star Systems, OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004. He has also conducted NOSA training programmes including SAMTRAC as a facilitator and assessor. MOSIRC therefore prides itself in the knowledge, experience and skills in legal compliance and risk management through Auditing, Training and Consulting.

MOSIRC is a small business training provider compliant with ISO 9001:2008 requirements. MOSIRC offers ETQA accreditation services to those training providers who seek to align their learning material to SAQA registered unit standards and move training providers and their ETD Practitioners towards ETQA accreditation.
